Ingredients
1.0 leek Leeks6.0 serving Baked Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter)4.0 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)1.0 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Saute leeks in olive oil til tender. Add p pi gates and broth. Pressure cook for 8 minutes minutes and allow pressure to dissipate. Puree and add yogurt and sour cream. Season to taste
