Ingredients
8 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw chopped3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added) 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Sour Cream
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and buzz. Serve with romaine lettuce as a wrap
