3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, cooked 168 gram(s) Stuffing, Chicken - Gluten Free, Live G Free, Aldi (unprepared) (by JVENUS79) 3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw .75 cup Progresso Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw french fried onions (optional)1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
grind stuffing mix & fried onions in food processor. divide in half. add 1/2 to 2 qt bowl. grind onion, carrot & celery. add to bowl. if possible grind chicken in meat grinder, otherwise use good food processor. add to bowl & add soup, egg, bouillon & pepper to taste. mix well. form patties. using rest of crumbs, coat patties. refrigerate 2 hrs. fry until golden, or bake 45 mins. serve with gravy
