Shrimp Caprese Salad

Ingredients
3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 3 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella 1.5 serving Raw Tomato (Medium, whole) 4 tbsp Wishbone EVOO Lemon Herb (by AGWILSON13) 2 serving Cooked Medium size shrimp (8 shrimp) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. clean and devein/de-tail shrimp if needed.
2. place shrimp in a bowl, pour the olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning over and mix thoroughly to evenly coat.
3. cook the shrimp in skillet over medium heat until cooked through. place in fridge to chill.
4. slice mozzarella into bite size chunks
5. slice a whole tomato into six sections, half of another into 3.
6. once the shrimp has chilled, place all components in a bowl and toss with lemon herb evoo until everything is evenly coated.
7. keep chilled until ready to eat.
