Pork Chops Provencal

Ingredients
3 cans navy beans2 cans Hunts tomatoes with onion, garlic & basil6 boneless pork chops
Directions
Drain beans and rinse very, very well! Dump into crock pot. Add tomatoes and mix well. Push pork chops down into the mixture so they are standing on edge, making sure there are plenty of beans & tomatoes between each chop. (Otherwise, chops will meld together during cooking and form a huge lump!)

Set crock pot on low and cook for about 8 hours.

Serve with a tossed salad and french bread and voila! Supper is served.

NOTE: This recipe is based on large 4-oz. chops. You can certainly use smaller ones to cut the calorie & fat counts.
