beef tips and mushrooms

Ingredients
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 1tsp Olive Oil 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 10 serving Beef Chuck Boneless Cross Rib Roast (3 oz) 1 tsp Garlic Minced (1tsp) -Derlea (by TKNARR)
Directions
cut up beef and brown in olive oil add minced garlic and steak sauce, when almost cooked through add mushrooms and cover let it make a natural gravy. Add salt and pepper to taste if you like serve with riced cauliflower or mashed potatoes
