Special Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups minute rice2/3 cup mayo1/3 cup french dressing1 t. salt1 dash pepper1 c. chopped celery1/2 c. slivered almonds1 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast1 c. mandarin oranges
Directions
Cook 2 cups rice according to package directions. It should make a total of approx. 4 cups. Let the rice cool. In a large bowl, mix together the next 4 ingredients. Toss with the celery, almonds, and chicken. Fold rice in with the ingredients. Last, carefully fold in the mandarin oranges. Put in the refridgerator and serve cold.
