Ingredients
1.0 stick Butter, salted3.0 large Onions, raw4.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flourThinly slice the onions.
Directions
Saute onions in butter for about 10 min. Stir in flour. Slowly add beef broth and chicken broth. Latch pressure cooker lid and process for 25 minutes. Top with crouton and swiss cheese (calories not included in total). Serving Size: 1 cup
