Slow cooker Creamy cheesy salsa chicken

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Salsa 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook chicken in crockpot on low for 4 hours. (Can add seasoning of choice but will change nutrition info). Shred chicken. Add in salsa and cream cheese- stir well. Cook 2 more hours on low. Fold in shredded cheese and serve.
