Vegan Samosa burritos

Ingredients
0.5 tsp Coriander seed1.5 tsp Ginger, ground0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground1.0 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw3.0 clove Garlic1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw0.5 cup Peas, frozen0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice455.0 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)100.0 grams Cilantro, raw1.5 tsp garam masala8.0 serving xtreme wellness tortilla wraps
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Place cauliflower florets into roasting pan with roast 30 minutes until soft. Use a large nonstick skillet place over medium heat and add onion, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, coriander. Saute onions until soft about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, beans, water and lemon juice to the skillet and hit the mixture a few times with a potato masher or Fork leaving plenty of large chunks. Cook about 5 minutes during frequently until liquid Cooks off. Remove from heat and add peas and cilantro, flipping the mixture few times to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust your seasonings to your liking. Lightly oil a baking sheet, or use baking sheet lined with non-stick loyal to cut down on calories. Put about a quarter cup of mixture into the tortilla and roll tightly. Pray place the burrito seam side down and spray lightly with cooking spray and repeat until all burritos are full. Make the burritos until lightly browned about 20 minutes. Serving Size: 1 burrito
