Ingredients
8 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh .75 cup Canola Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 large Egg white, fresh 16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 3 cup Bisquick, Gluten Free Baking mix 1/3 cup (40g) 2 tsp Baking Soda 4 tsp Salt 72 tsp Splenda
Directions
Mix all ingredients....separate batter into 3 small loaf pans and bake at 350* for 40 minutes
