Traditional Spanish Gazpacho

Ingredients
4 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 slice, medium (4" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough) 1 dash Salt
Directions
No cooking! Add the tomatoes to a blender. As it purees add the olive oil, green pepper (no seeds) and garlic. Only add bread to thicken the soup. Add salt and water to taste. Serving Size: Makes about 6-8 servings
