1.5 cup Sourdough Starter (by COFFEECHIT) .3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.25 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3) .5 cup Pecan nuts (by FLOYDPAULEY)
Refer to your bread machine for order of ingredients.
I place mix the starter and the water first then place in to bread pan.
Then add dry ingredient in order of the recipe.
Leave the nuts until the last kneading cycle prior to baking.
After bread is done, let rest for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: 16 slices per 2 pound loaf
