Ingredients
1-2 lb. pork tenderloin1 small can diced green chiles1 can spicy green enchilada sauce1 can fat-free chicken broth
Directions
Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is fully cooked. Shred before serving over rice or on hard rolls. Serves 4.
