Country Style Ribs with Sauerkraut and Applesauce

Ingredients
2.0 lb Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw 650 gram German Style Sauerkraut (Deutsche Kuche) (by JULIACOLLINS62) 4 serving Sweet Harvest Original Applesauce
Directions
Place sauerkraut and applesauce in bottom of slow cooker and mix.

Brown 4 Pork country style ribs on top.

Season to taste (or not) Personally I don't.

Cook on 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Each serving is one rib and 1/4 of the sauerkraut mixture.
