5.0 serving Eggs, Publix, Large (1 egg)3.0 tbsp Publix Canola Oil6.0 cup Publix Small Curd Cottage Cheese (24 oz container)8.0 tbsp Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 packet)5.0 serving Kellogg's Special K Cereal, original (1 cup)
Oven 350. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam Cooking spray. In large mixing bowl add the 5 eggs, canola oil, and packet of onion soup mix. Stir by hand with a large spoon. Add the 24oz container of small curd cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Fold in the 5 cups Special K cereal. Evenly pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Gently level mixture evenly in pan. I like it smoothed with the back of the big spoon, but that is optional. Bake 45-55 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cut with sharp knife. Plate using a spatula. Serve with ketchup. My family likes this with baked or mashed potatoes.
