32 oz Shady Brook Farms 93% Lean Ground Turkey 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cloves Garlic 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Egg white, large 3 tsp French's Worchestershire Sauce (by ONLYPLAYING) .33 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 0.75 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 3 serving Ketchup-Heinz Tomato Ketchup (1 Tbsp) .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
Finely chop onion and saute in 1 tbs of oil for 5 minutes until onions are translucent. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, salt, pepper, broth, worchestershire sauce, and 1 tbs of ketchup simmer for 2 minutes.
To ground turkey, add one beaten whole egg, egg white, breadcrumbs, and cooled onion mixture. Mix well and form loaf on sheet pan that has been lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. Brush remaining ketchup on top of loaf . Bake for one hour or until internal temperature of 165.
