4.5 tsp ener-g egg replacer12.0 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon)1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.4 cup Bob''s Red Mill Gluten Free one to one baking flour6.0 tbsp Bob''s Red Mill Hazelnut Flour/meal0.3 tbsp xanthan gum72.0 tsp swerve8.0 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread1.0 tsp Baking Powder
Melt butter and sugar together first. Add to blended dry ingredients, then add egg replacer and vanilla. Blend well. Bake at 325 for 30 or until top feels firm in 9" pan. Best served warm. Can be reheated for a few seconds in microwave for next day enjoyment (not in metal pan, of course) :)
