2 cup beef bone broth 4 oz Highland Beef ground or pieces2 Tbsp. chopped Onion 2 Tbsp. diced Celery 1 can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Juice2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 can Great Northern White Beans, drained Add small water if needed
Put everything but meat in pot. Cook meat in separate pan. Add to soup with any additional drippings. Mix all together in the pot, cook until celery and onion are soft.
