Ingredients
2.0 clove Garlic1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 can Cubed Tomatoes32.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium1 tsp Lemon Juice1 cup cup Beans, red kidney4.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried4.0 tbsp Parsley, dried1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 pounds hamburger meat
Directions
Cook meat, onion and bell peppers until browned, drain. Add all ingredients together and simmer for 30 min.
