Creamy Grits with Salsa and Fried Eggs

Ingredients
2 oz Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Butter, salted 3/4 cup Salsa 3 large Eggs3/4 cup dry Gritsscant 3 cup Water, tap 3 dash Salt
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add salt and dry grits. Cook per directions. (Grits may take 1-30 minutes to cook depending on the style.) Stir in cream cheese and butter. Divvy prepared grits between 3 bowls.

Add salsa to empty grits saucepan and heat on low to medium heat until warmed through. Top each bowl of grits with 1/4 cup of warm salsa.

Grease a frying pan and fry eggs as desired. Top grits and salsa with eggs.

Boom. You're done.
