Ingredients
6.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup Vegetable Broth6.0 serving Chili's Chipotle Ranch Dressing, 2 fl oz2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper20.0 leaves Basil2.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives1.0 tbsp Xanthan Gum
Directions
Cook chicken, greens, and stock in instant pot for 10 minutes. Remove chicken. Strain stock. Combine other ingredients with stock in instant pot. Set instant pot to saute & whisk until desired thickness. Add chicken and turn to warm for 10 minutes.
