Shanna’s Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
6 cup Beans, black 3 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 serving Alcohol - Corona Extra (12 oz. bottle, or any beer of your choice. Stouts or Alena recommended. This is what I had on hand)5 tbsp Chili powder 1cup water, more as needed
Directions
Chop all veggies, then place in slow cooker/crock pot on high for 3-4 hours, or y til veggies are soft and alcohol content of beer has cooked off.
