Simple Thai Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 handful bean sprouts2 large carrots, grated or shredded1 cucumber, cut into juliene1 red pepper, sliced into strips1 green pepper, sliced inot strips 1 small onion, sliced 1 cooked chicken breast, skin removedDressing:1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)2 hot chili peppers1 tbsp honey2 tsps sesame oilGarnish:2 tsps sesame seeds
Directions
Prepare all your salad ingredients and mix them together. Then devide between 2 serving bowls.

Take the cooked chicken and shred it roughly by hand, taring it into small pieces. Then devide this ontop of the 2 salads.

Now to make the dressing:
Slice the 2 chilli peppers into 2, remove the seeds then finely chop them and place into a small bowl. Add to it the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and sesame oil and stir. Now pour this dressing over the 2 salads.

Finely, garnish by sprinkling the seame seeds over the salads.

Eat straight away. Enjoy!
