Grilled Chicken Thigh

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed Smart Balance, Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread, 1/2 cup*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Directions
Set preheat Broiler.
Combine butter, soy sauce and herbs and microwave 2 minutes.
Place boneless skinless chicken thighs in pan and cover w/ half marinade mixture.
Broil 10 minutes and then turn over. Baste chicken in remaining mixture and Broil additional 10-12 minutes, or until chicken cooks through.
