Creamy Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter1 tsp, crumbled bay leaf 1 cup (8 fl oz) chicken broth 3 tsp Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning 4 oz portabella mushrooms 16 oz pork chop 3/4 cup Sour Cream
Directions
1. Melt butter in skillet & rub chops with cajun seasoning. 2. Brown chops and remove from pan. 3. Add in mushrooms & saute. 4. Pour in chicken broth & then whisk in sour cream until blended. 5. Add pork chops & bay leaves, cover & simmer for 30 minutes
