Garlicky Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 tbsp Nanak Pure Desi Ghee1.0 tsp Minced Garlic
Directions
Cut cauliflower into small pieces while you bring a pot of water to boil on the stove. When boiling, put in cauliflower and cook untill well done (usually at least six min). While it boils, sautee the garlic and ghee. When cauliflower is done, drain well, add to food processor then add ghee/garlic mixture. Salt and pepper generously. Blend until desired consistency. Serving Size: 1/8
