0.5 cup Rye flour, light 0.25 cup Buckwheat 0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 serving Whey Protein Isolate 12 tsp Flexseed 0.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 6 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 2 1tsp Olive Oil 0.25 cup Lentils 8 oz San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 2 tsp Salt
Blend all dry ingredients (except seeds) into fine flour. Mix everything ( flour, soda , powder and seeds) well, add water , vinegar and oil, spoon it on a baking paper ( 10-11 rolls) Sprinkle with seeds and salt Bake 40 min on 400 F
