6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 1 cup Asparagus, fresh 0.5 cup Fresh Tomato (Chopped or Sliced) (180g) (by MKNIOLA) 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 0.5 cup Green Pepper, chopped (by COALBEANER) 2 oz Johnsonville Ground Sweet Italian Sausage - Cooked (by TREBWEN96)
Directions
set oven for 350 degrees, chop veggies, measure dairy and combine with eggs, add salt , pepper and a little soy sauce, divide into 6 holed muffin tin sprayed with oilive oil or pam ( silicon is the best) bake about 20 minutes or more, check that muffins are cooked in center
