Slow Cooker Cauliflower Casserole

.5 cup Vegetable Broth 2 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 12 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 serving Kroger Cream of Celery condensed Soup (by BPODWOIS) 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 0.25 cup Cheese - Private Selection 3 Cheese Blend (by CSIENK)
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Pour water into slow cooker to make sure the bottom is covered
Place Cauliflower, onion, and celery into slow cooker
Mix remaining ingredients and spread over top of veggies
Cook on low for at least 4 hours or on high for at least 2 (remember the bigger your chunks the longer it will take to cook - in a hurry? make smaller chunks)
Serve with any meal
