oat pancakes

Ingredients
1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
Directions
Blend oats until fine, like flour. Add banana and applesauce. Blend. cook on skillet until brown on both sides. This takes a little longer than regular pancakes.

Serving Size: makes 12 small pancakes
