Easy chicken stir-fry

Ingredients
1/2 chicken breast boiled1/2 cup frozen vegetables or your favorite fresh veggies1 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
Directions
1. Pre-boil chicken breast. I usually batch cook chicken so I can have enough boiled chicken during the week for different meals.

2. In a pan or wok, add olive oil and defrosted or frozen veggies until they are cooked but crisp.

3. Add shredded chicken and soy sauce. Mix well until chicken is heated.

4. Serve and enjoy.
