5 Large Egg1/2 cup Cheese, Shredded, Cheddar1/2 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Blend ingredients pour into silicone egg bite mold (makes 7) or 7 silicone cupcake liners Add one cup of water to instant pot Add trivet Place egg mold on trivet and steam. **I like my eggs pretty cooked so I steam for 13 minutes but some people do 10 minutes ** Let naturally release for 10 minutes then remove mold carefully. Can be stored cover in refrigerator for up to a week. Serving Size: 1 egg bite
