Ingredients
8 oz Boneless/skinless Chicken Breast (publix sv size 4 oz) 4 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Butter, salted Mrs. Dash Garlic and herbs to taste into the cream cheese.salt and pepper to taste
Directions
slice chicken breast to butterfly without slicing through, open like a book and pound flat. Salt and pepper the chicken. Mix cream cheese, garlic, seasoning and place in center of filet. Top with a tbsp. of butter. Roll up with fillet and wrap to seal with bacon. I partially cooked the bacon first to make it more crisp. Place on wrap in a baking pan with side, bacon seam side down. Bake at 375 for about 35 min. Can finish up a few minutes in the broiler if you want you bacon crisper.

    I sauteed mine on the stove-top, in grapeseed oil. Used toothpicks to keep bacon wrapped around chicken. The cream cheese oozed out into the pan and made it kind of messy, otherwise this would be 5 stars. - 6/1/20
