Rhubarb apple bran muffins

1 cup quick rolled oats1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup wheat bran1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1 cup rhubarb, chopped1 apple, cored and chopped2/3 cup low-fat yoghurt (a personal cup)1 egg1 cup So Nice unsweetened soy milk1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients well then stir in fruit so the fruit pieces are coated in the dry mix.
Mix all wet ingredients well and add to the dry mix. Stir briefly, just to moisten. Spoon into greased muffin tin.
Bake for ~25 minutes at 400F. Let cool in tin for 10 minutes then remove to a cooling rack.
