2 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds, raw and unsalted (by ANYANA) 8 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground 26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 6 tbsp Coconut Oil 6 tbsp Honey 6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
