Ingredients
I pound Chicken Breast (Grilled)1 Avocado1 Bell Pepper (any color)1/2 cup celeryI small or medium cucumber1/2 cup shredded carrots1 small head cauliflower (grilled)1/4 cup onion6 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
The only cooking on this is to grill the chicken breast and the cauliflower. I put the cauliflower in some tin foil and spray with a little Pam and stick it right on the grill when I'm cooking the chicken
