I am an Aussie so to me greens are green vegetables. Is this right? What do you suggest I use?

Greens are any leafy green vegetable, baby spinach, romaine lettuce, collard greens, etc.

I didn't use quite as much greens because I'm just beginning my raw journey and I wanted to start off a little on the cautious side before jumping right in! I love the fact that it is simple, with ingredients we all have in the kitchen, and yet so tasty! - 7/28/08

Thanks Amy! My mom got me into them. We actually took a green smoothie class and I think it's an excellent way to get in some green veggies without dousing a salad in dressing!
