10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 9 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits 0.75 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, large curd 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tbsp Half and Half Cream 1 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Grease muffin pan with olive oil Whisk eggs and add ingredients Scoop 1/4 cup of egg mix into each muffin well Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes Serving Size: Makes 12-14 servings
