French's Crispy Onion Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp French's Crispy Fried Onions (by MARIRAWRS) 0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 4 serving Chicken breast, skinless, baked 3 oz. 4 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh .12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Place fried onions and flour (1/8 cup = 2 Tbsp) in plastic bag. Crush onions in the flour. Transfer to a plate or waxed paper. DIP chicken into beaten egg , then coat with onion crumbls, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.

BAKE at 350 F for 20 mins or until no longer pink in the center.
SERVE with rice and a green vegetable.
