Potato broccoli soup

Ingredients
100 grams Broccoli, fresh 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon 1 cup Milk Cashew (Silk) - 1 cup (240ml)
Directions
Chop bacon and onion in small pieces. Sauté in a large saucepan, 4-5 minutes. Diced potato and add to the saucepan. Cover with broth and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add broccoli. simmer until potato are cook. Add the cashew milk last. Add dill, salt pepper and cumin to taste. For a creamy soup, purée the potatoes and broccoli in the food processor and return to the broth, mixing well. Serve warm
