Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp Salt0.2 cup Granulated Sugar8.0 tbsp King Arthur Gluten Free Flour 1:14.0 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Put cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up. Mix ingredients (minus butter). Put butter in skillet after oven is to temp and let melt. Add batter. Bake for 25 minutes.
