0.25 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)1.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]0.5 cup Gravy-McCormick Brown Gravy
Fry meat, drain fat, mix gravy packets in cold water per package directions, add gravy to meat, heat and stir until thick. Pour mixture over cooked rice. And serve.
