Turkey and Biscuits

3 cups diced cooked turkey breast1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup onion, chopped15 baby carrots sliced2 cups no fat chicken broth1/2 cup frozen green peas1 7.5 oz can refridgerated biscuits
cook carrots and peas in broth until carrots are tender.
mix in flour and dry milk powder cook until slightly thickend.
combine this mixture with turkey and soup.
Pour into a sprayed casserole dish .
Top with biscuits.
bake 20 - 25 minutes.
serve hot.
