1.3 cup Granulated Sugar 1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .33 cup Shortening 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt .33 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .5 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Cloves, ground
sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves & set aside. Blend together the sugar and shortening then add eggs. Add dry ingredients in 3 increments with milk in between. Fold in the walnuts. Bake in greased 9x5 loaf pan at 350 for about one hour.
