Tortellini and Spicy Sausage Soup

Ingredients
8 oz Hot Italian Ground Sausage 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms4 cup, chopped Kale 2 Tablespoons chopped garlic8 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock3 cup Mini Cheese TortelliniSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown sausage. Add sliced mushrooms; cook for a couple minutes. Add kale, garlic, salt and pepper. Once kale wilts a little, add chicken stock (stir brown bits off bottom of pan). Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Add mini tortellini and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
