Apple Crumble

Ingredients
3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 2 tsp. sugar, organic2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) .75 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 2 tbsp Organic Earth Balance Whipped Butter Spread (by TWKYOSCR) 2 tsp Organic cane sugar
Directions
Grease 9" x 9" glass pan. Add thinly sliced apples and toss in 1-1/2 tsp of sugar. Mix together and spread the remaining topping ingredients over the apples. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. sugar on top of topping. Spray topping lightly with water to add moisture. Bake at 400 degrees, 40 minutes, covered for the first 20 minutes.
