Ingredients
1 Tblsp Olive oil1.5 lbs cube steak1 cup grape juice8 tsp Dijon mustard4 Tblsp Worcestershire
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Place steaks in pan and cook 2 minutes each side. In small bowl mix juice, mustard and worcestershire. After draining the steaks, pour mixture over steaks and simmer covered until tender 30 to 45 minutes.
