Ingredients
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with chiles1-lb ground turkey14.5 oz can of black beans3/4 c frozen or fresh spinach.25 c yellow corn (Frozen or canned)1 packet taco seasoning
Directions
Brown the meat in olive oil or cooking spray. Add tomatoes, corn, spinach, beans. Add the packet of taco seasoning to the skillet. Mix, heat for an additional 3-5 minutes. Serve.
