Banana muffins (homemade)

Ingredients
3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar .25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Coconut Oil 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash bananas in large mixing bowl. ADD sugar, egg and oil.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients...then dump into wet ingredients and fold into batter until well mixed. Fill lined muffin tin with batter and cook until golden brown 22-25 mins. Let stand for 5 mins, then turn out onto cooling rack to cool completely.
